Slotahead is a digital platform that enables patients to book appointments and doctors/healthcare providers to manage their schedules and consultations.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information of Patients and Doctors/Healthcare Providers (collectively, “Users”).

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

When a doctor or authorized healthcare provider chooses to connect a Google account, we may also collect and access, with the user’s explicit consent:

Google account email address and basic profile information.
Google Calendar information required to create, update, retrieve, and delete appointment events.
Google Meet conference details (including meeting links) generated through Google Calendar for video consultations.

We request only the minimum Google permissions necessary to provide appointment scheduling and video consultation functionality. We do not access Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Contacts, Photos, or any other Google account data unrelated to these services.

For users who authorize Google integration, Google Calendar and Google Meet data is used solely to:

Create, modify, and cancel appointment events in Google Calendar.
Generate Google Meet links for video consultations.
Synchronize appointment schedules between Slotahead and Google Calendar.
Display meeting details to authorized participants involved in the appointment.

Google user data is used exclusively to provide these features and is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling, analytics unrelated to the service, or any other unauthorized purpose.

4. Health & Sensitive Information

Some information shared by patients may be considered sensitive or health-related data.

Google APIs (including Google Calendar and Google Meet) solely to enable calendar synchronization and video consultation functionality when explicitly authorized by the user.

Google Calendar and Google Meet information is shared only as necessary to facilitate scheduled appointments and is accessible only to authorized participants, such as the patient, doctor, or authorized clinic staff.We do not sell or rent Google user data to third parties.

C. Legal Requirements

When required by law, regulation, court order, or government authority.

Google Calendar and Google Meet data obtained through Google APIs is retained only as long as necessary to provide appointment scheduling and video consultation services or until the user disconnects their Google account or requests deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Users may request deletion of Google-related data by contacting:support@slotahead.comUpon verification of the request, we will delete Google user data that is no longer required for legal or operational purposes. Users may also revoke Slotahead’s access through their Google Account settings at any time. Revoking access will stop future synchronization with Google Calendar and prevent new Google Meet links from being generated.

We use cookies to improve performance, remember preferences, and analyze usage. You can control cookies via browser settings.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable safeguards including secure servers, encrypted communications, and access controls. No system is completely secure.

Google access tokens and related credentials are securely stored using industry-standard encryption and security practices.While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

10. Children’s Privacy

The platform is not intended for children under 16. Appointments for minors must be booked by a parent or guardian.

11. International Data Transfers

Data may be processed outside your country with appropriate legal safeguards.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Updates will be reflected by revising the “Last Updated” date and notifying users where required.
